We are currently searching for a Growth Strategy Consultant / US Country Manager / Head of Growth to join a rapidly scaling online marketplace who have received significant funding and have recently expanded into international territories.
Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the Growth Strategy Consultant / US Country Manager / Head of Growth role involves leading the growth strategy formation and execution, across all commercial leavers, for the US market. Over time you will build a team of world-class account managers to drive growth, create partnerships, and optimise marketing activities to acquire, retain and delight US clients.
The Growth Strategy Consultant / US Country Manager / Head of Growth will join a leadership team comprised of elite commercial leaders to expand into their largest growing market.
This is a hybrid role which will require 2-3 days a week travel to their main office in London.
The Growth Strategy Consultant / US Country Manager / Head of Growth will:
* Directly manage strategic US accounts
* Manage 2-3 Account Managers responsible for client success and relationships
* Hire, manage and develop a team of world-class Account Managers
* Work closely with the growth marketing team to identify new channels
* Liaise with the partnership team to ensure smart buying for customers
The Growth Strategy Consultant / US Country Manager / Head of Growth must have:
* 3-5 years’ experience working as a strategy consultant or within a highly commercial role (marketing, partnerships, product, strategy)
* Highly commercially literate with great communication skills
* Some experience in North America and success building traffic in markets such as the US or Canada would be a bonus but is not essential.
* A desire to make decisions, take ownership and make important calls in a highly entrepreneurial environment
* The ability to lead by example and are happy getting their hands dirty.
