Working for an innovative and growing sports technology company that is redefining the way skill-based sports are taught with cutting-edge hardware, real-time audio instruction, AI-driven data analytics, and content curated by the best instructors in their industries. Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager / Performance Lead role involves leading the performance marketing and drive D2C/B2C growth for the brand and managing a team including the Brand Manager and Content Manager.
The Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager / Performance Lead will:
-Think strategically – working with the Head of Marketing to execute growth strategy, increasing reach, engagement, and conversions from the channel mix
-Get creative – brainstorming new content ideas and executing on the copy and design.
-Run performance marketing.
-Build and execute paid social creative with the creative agency.
-Run the ad accounts (Fb/IG, Google, YouTube) and manage $1m in spend.
-Define and improve audiences and media buying.
-Refine the membership proposition.
-Research and understand their customers.
-Build personas for the marketing team.
Candidates for the Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager / Performance Lead necessities:
-Passionate about skiing, and an understanding of skiing culture
-Proven experience developing the performance marketing strategy from a B2C scale up environment from any sector such as; fintech, healthtech, proptech, sports tech, travel.
-Fluent in English, and an effective communicator
-You have experience running a performance marketing funnel and are skilled in Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
-You are experienced with AB testing for web and ads
-You have experience conducting user research
-You are a broad scanner, bringing in ideas from other businesses
-You prioritise effectively, making a few well-chosen bets and executing
-You thrive in a fast-moving and evolving work environment
