A Senior Product Manager / Product Proposition Manager is needed by a leading high-tech digital interaction software platform for global organisations solving the world’s most complex problems. Their software is really at the cutting edge of technology with no direct competitors, which enables their clients to efficiently scale their distributed applications on-demand.
You will be an outbound focused product manager who will act as the internal voice of the customer that can shape a long-term roadmap and have an eye for commercial opportunity.
You will join a small and fast-paced Product team of Product Managers, Product Owners and UX designers, and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products and features that execute on company strategy.
As the Senior Product Manager / Product Proposition Manager, you will analyse market trends and the competitive landscape, and work closely with Product Marketing, Sales and BD, to create a product vision that resonates with our target markets.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Proposition Manager will;
*Define a product vision, go to market plan and a roadmap strategy
*Be a strong stakeholder product leader, bringing the rest of the company and existing customers along with your product vision
*Work with lead stakeholders to deliver your product requirements by being a strong and effective communicator and motivator
*Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow/generate market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
*Closely work with Sales, Pre-sales and Marketing to ensure product collateral, demos are available and serve the product positioning and purpose
*Align closely with the Product Owner and Engineering teams to deliver efficiently with quick time-to-market and minimal overhead
*Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
The Senior Product Manager / Product Proposition Manager must have;
*A Technical, B2B product management background
*Experience building PaaS / SaaS / Cloud based products
*Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
*Experience working on enterprise and B2B software products, particularly building tools such as APIs and SDKs that developers use to build solutions for end users
*Start-up or scale-up experience is a definite plus, used to working in a fast-paced environment
*Great communication skills
