Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager needed by a financial services business who are experiencing rapid growth within the world of ultra-high net worth individuals. They’re a completely bootstrapped privately owned business who own one of the largest valuable metal vaults in the world.
The Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager will work with the board of directors as a vital part of the business. The role will provide you with the opportunity to lead the whole marketing function of the business autonomously, while maintaining a hands-on approach.
This is a small team of senior and experienced experts; you will define the strategy and execute hands-on.
The Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager will:-
- Develop, deliver, and manage the digital marketing strategy across all platforms within the organisation.
- Manage and improve the content and design of the company website.
- Create, edit, and review content across channels.
- Deliver a compelling narrative to clients, prospects, advisers, candidates.
- Build a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development of all PR and brand campaigns.
The Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager must have:-
- Proven marketing leadership experience within a financial services organisation. Preferably working with high-net-worth individuals.
- A deep understanding and knowledge of the financial investment sector.
- Experience in digital marketing and communication within financial services or luxury sector.
- Experience managing and reporting into senior stakeholders.
- Experience with graphic, presentation and video editing softwares (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, Prezi).
