Paid Social Manager / Digital Marketing Manager/ Head of Paid social needed by a consumer ecommerce business who are scaling rapidly and seeing their revenue double year-on-year for the last 3.
Having been described as “ground-breaking” by publications such as Forbes and Vogue, this small but ambitious company bridges the gap between beauty and science. They are looking to add a paid social manager to their marketing team at the start of what is set to be their biggest and most successful year to date.
The Paid Social Manager / Digital Marketing Manager/ Head of Paid social will:-
* Execute paid social campaigns worldwide.
* Analyse and report on paid channels, then work alongside the head of growth to tweak and optimise them further.
* Continuing to optimise “always-on” campaigns.
* Gather insights on competitor presence and campaign initiatives.
* Supporting the digital team to drive extreme growth of the digital channels.
The Paid Social Manager / Digital Marketing Manager/ Head of Paid social must have:-
* At least 3+ years’ experience of paid social execution.
* Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics.
* Experience in managing paid social campaigns in channels other than Meta, eg Pinterest, Linkedin, Next Door, Tik Tok, Twitter.
* An analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, and working within an always on testing framework.
* An understanding of the luxury, beauty or wellness market is a bonus!
