We’re looking for a Product Owner / Technical Product Owner / Data Product Owner to join one of the world’s largest B2B SaaS analytics platforms servicing a broad range of customers, from governments to financial institutions to global airlines. The company dominates their market and are fully embedded within the industry sector.
They have a global product team managing different components of the platform and you’ll work alongside a commercial product manager. This role is delivery focussed and involves leading a SCRUM team to prioritise and execute the roadmap for a large enterprise analytics product, that provides data and insights around travel, predictive insights and other data points.
The Product Owner / Technical Product Owner / Data Product Owner is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days a fortnight in their Hertfordshire offices.
The Product Owner / Technical Product Owner / Data Product Owner will:
– Work with a mature data analytics product to improve performance, resilience and cloud-based functionality.
– Report into the CTO and work closely with engineering and product management teams to execute an iterative developmental roadmap.
– Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog at the epic/user story level.
– Deliver accurate reporting for end of sprint reviews and provide narrative around burndown/value.
– Communicate and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
– Demonstrate product value to customers and ensure value is based on measurable criteria.
The Product Owner / Technical Product Owner / Data Product Owner must have:
– A background working as a product manager or product owner, on a large enterprise software product or platform, whether with a software vendor or internal company system, in any sector.
– Ideally an interest or passion for data products, insight or and analytics
– Experience working in a product-led team, demonstrating knowledge of agile methodologies, iterative development and roadmap prioritisation and execution.
– Technological literacy, and a proven ability to communicate concepts to non-technological stakeholders
