We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to join a B2B2C SaaS platform which delivers industry leading solutions to the leisure sector.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll need to be familiar with wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for multiple concurrent product initiatives with a focus on delivering the best possible product to customers.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in their office based near Oxford.
The Product Owner / Product Manager will:
– Take ownership of multiple product initiatives – working closely with cross functional teams and overseeing the full product lifecycle.
– Think of the value of features implemented and how consumers will interact with it.
– Own the product backlog – define scope, lead requirement gathering and break down stories closely with the development team.
– Have a can-do attitude – being comfortable with pivoting quickly and reacting quickly when required.
The Product Owner / Product Manager must have:
– Previous consumer facing / UX experience.
– Experience in developing and presenting product roadmaps as well as successful project delivery.
– An analytical and data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
– Great interpersonal and communication skills.
– Experience in Agile methodologies and managing multi-functional project teams.
