A great opportunity has arisen for a B2b Senior Product Manager / Ed-Tech Product Lead to join a global leader in the Ed-Tech space. The professional training services that they have provided over the last 30 years have proved to be very successful, and they now work predominantly with Fortune 500 organisations.
You will be a guiding force behind their development efforts, planning the roadmap and working cross-functionally with the tech and content teams to ensure alignment of the vision & product.
You will take the lead with setting & driving the commercial objectives, with the view to productizing for revenue.
This is a remote role, with occasional office attendance in central London.
The B2b Senior Product Manager / Product Lead Edtech will:
* Utilise data, user research, competitor analysis, learning experts to identify opportunities
* Deliver strong commercial impact using the resources available to you, over the short and long term
* Have a deep understanding of learning & platform technologies and how they can be utilised to deliver strong UX/LX and platform functionality
* Lead and motivate a cross-functional team comprising leadership, commercial, content & tech development.
* Define, adopt and maintain a strong agile project management process to ensure ongoing iterations are delivered to agreed timelines, commercial criteria and quality.
* Communicate the product vision and keep everyone aligned with the direction and progress
Candidates for the B2b Senior Product Manager / Ed-Tech Product Lead role should have:
* 3+ years of experience in SaaS / Edtech / Digital product development, with a commercial focus
* Proven experience productising content and material
* A collaborative attitude with the ability to lead through influence
* The proven ability to deliver projects using agile methodologies – on time and on budget
* A strong set of analytical, quantitative, and technical skills as well as the ability to use data-driven metrics
* You will be tech literate, comfortable with engaging in technical conversations. You will understand how technology can be utilised to meet the product vision
* You are commercially driven and results-oriented
* Experience with Jira and Asana
