We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager to join a leading B2B digital services firm. They’ve seen enormous growth in the last 10 years and operate in over 10 countries across the globe. The company works directly with 600,000+ SMEs to heighten their digital and brand presence through creative design, SaaS marketing tools and digital solutions.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager will be a stand-alone individual contributor, working with an existing product team manage and scale the B2B service. The role is fully remote, accepting applicants from anywhere in the English-speaking world (except Australia and New Zealand).
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager will:
– Develop and manage the introduction of company services to WordPress, combining proprietary tech and third-party tools for cost-effective integration.
– Use data-modelling and data architecture to drive a CRM project from build to implementation, collaborating with tech and other stakeholders throughout.
– Take full ownership of their areas of a Product, defining and meeting KPRs which are communicated to the team.
– Embrace data-led decision-making, utilising expertise in SQL.
– Communicate with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders and distil complex ideas into digestible language.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Manager must:
– Have demonstratable Product Management experience working on a B2B SaaS platform.
– Possess strong understanding of the full customer journey and customer conversion.
– Experience in website-building platforms or services is ideal.
– Have worked for, or with, small and medium sized digital businesses.
