Demand Generation Manager / Lead Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager needed for an exciting B2B SAAS start-up.
The brand is already highly respected throughout their industry and you will be joining a diverse team whose mission is to enable businesses to transform employee success by combining engagement, performance and culture.
The Demand Generation Manager / Lead Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will form part of the wider marketing expansion and will report directly to the CMO.
The Demand Generation Manager / Lead Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will have a hands-on role in developing demand & leads and create effective strategies that deliver on key metrics.
The Demand Generation Manager / Lead Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will:
– Analyse and optimise campaign and channel performance to improve conversion rate and effectiveness of activities
– Implement test and learn campaigns to improve website and landing page conversion
– Collaborate with the SEO Manager to create content that moves prospects through the buyers journey
– Develop, deliver, and manage the digital marketing strategy across all paid media channels and more (Email campaigns, paid search, paid social, website etc)
The Demand Generation Manager / Lead Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager must have:
– A strong understanding of demand generation strategies
– A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance
– Proven marketing experience within a B2B SaaS organisation – ideally within a start up/scale up business.
– Proven hands-on experience within paid media
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Location: London (Fully remote)
