A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a B2b Marketing Lead / Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to join a top b2b SAAS business. They are a global leader in the b2b edTech/eLearning/tech-for-good sector and they’ve been providing their esteemed SAAS services to well-known corporates for almost 30 years. They now work predominantly with Fortune 500 organisations all across the globe.
They are a small team with a huge reach, providing their SAAS services to large-scale businesses across the globe. They are ready to tackle the next stage of their growth by bringing on board a proven marketing leader to develop and implement the marketing infrastructure. As one of the first marketing hires, you’ll be hands on and into the detail. You will take the reins in developing demand generation and lead generation campaigns, brand awareness and marketing content, all geared towards their global enterprise clients.
You will manage one digital marketing manager and you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
This is a remote role with occasional meet ups in central London. Candidates can be based anywhere.
The B2b Marketing Lead / Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing will:
– Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads
– Create content that supports demand generation campaigns, leveraging internal experts to produce high quality white papers and other content
– Manage lead generation programs that drive pipeline growth
– Analyse campaign performance data to optimize campaigns
Track lead conversion and velocity through the funnel, constantly optimizing, through testing
– Target existing customers to deepen relationships, up-sell and cross-sell
– Support the customer success team with customer touch point and lifecycle marketing communications and campaigns
– Product Marketing – work with product teams to shape a marketing roadmap for new features and products, creating product content and running campaigns to launch and educate customers
– Contribute to the creative process in order to define new, relevant and differentiating content marketing campaigns.
– Tracking and reporting on website and social platform performance.
– Set the marketing strategy, to align with the commercial strategy.
Candidates for the B2b Marketing Lead / Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing role should have:
– 4+ years of experience with b2b SAAS or tech products, with some experience in a start-up / scale-up environment
– Experience marketing to enterprise-level global clients, especially DACH, Europe, the US
– B2b EdTech, eLearning, Training or HR tech experience is a plus, but not essential
– Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through demand generation campaigns
– Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
