Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Retention Manager needed by a rapidly scaling, personal transformation, learning and wellbeing events provider!
Our client is a subscription-based platform that enable people to be the best version of themselves all day, every day via access to content, courses & learning tools across a whole range of subjects, from AI to meditation.
Salary Package: £60-70k +10% Bonus + Benefits
Location: UK, Fully Remote
The Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Retention Manager will have ownership of the post-purchase customer journey and be focused on understanding the customer behaviour through data and using proven levers to change that behaviour to improve subscriber retention.
The Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Retention Manager will:
* Get deep into the data to understand customer behaviour and triggers.
* Develop and deliver CRM campaigns and programmes to train, reactivate and increase the lifetime value of customers.
* Closely monitor performance of campaigns and report on results the be able to provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
* Identifying any trends, risks and opportunities to ensure the customer lifetime value is maximised fully.
The Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Retention Manager must have:
* Proven retention marketing/ CRM experience within a D2C subscription business.
* Demonstrable experience of campaign implementation, analytics and reporting.
* Expert skills in CRM as a retention tool.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional skills.
* A data-driven and analytical approach to retention.
* Creative and forward thinking.
* US or European experience is preferred.
