We are looking for a Head of Product / Product Lead / Group Product Manager to join our client which provides organisations with cloud communications and managed services such as collaborative digital workspaces, contact centre as a service, and cloud solutions / cybersecurity
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a product team of 5 whilst ensuring the customers voice is at the forefront of any decision-making and planning. You’ll be engaging with customers to get a detailed understanding of their requirements and translate them into future services which ensure you maintain a competitive edge
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week travel to their Head Office in Central London
The Head of Product / Product Lead / Group Product Manager will:
* Develop, communicate, and execute a clear product strategy
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research which identify opportunities / threats and maintain a competitive edge
* Lead the product team by example, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive culture
* Define KPI’s which measure product success, and utilise these to make data-driven decisions
* Be the voice of the customer and ensuring that their requirements are at the centre of decision making
The Head of Product / Product Lead / Group Product Manager must have:
* Experience in a similar capacity at a similar industry/vertical (Telecommunications, Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS))
* A strategic and commercial mindset
* An analytical approach to decision-making and problem-solving
* Excellent internal / external stakeholder management skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstratable success managing and mentoring a product team, with an emphasis on value creation
