We are on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Product (b2b) who is passionate about driving product excellence. This visionary leader will spearhead the product strategy, focusing on evolving the product from its inception to a completed and viable solution. You will be instrumental in shaping the product’s value proposition, fostering innovation, and ensuring that our solutions deliver outstanding value to our clients.
This business is at the forefront of revolutionizing technical due diligence for AI technologies. Their cutting-edge platform, developed through collaboration with PhD AI experts, researchers, and software engineers, is designed to evaluate the value and compliance of AI technologies. The mission is to equip organisations with the tools and knowledge needed to ensure the excellence and regulatory compliance of AI products worldwide. They are a startup business with a small team who have already secured £500k+ in investment. As the first product hire, this is an IC role initially. You will be hands on and into the detail, with a view to growing your team over time.
This is a permanent full-time remote role. The team occasionally meets once per month in London.
The Head of Product (b2b) will:
- Take the product from 0 to 1, taking the product from its initial concept to a viable, market-ready version.
- Lead discovery processes to identify market opportunities, creating a culture of rapid experimentation and prototyping
- Align cross-functional teams—product, engineering, marketing, and sales—around a shared vision of customer value
- Use data-driven insights to refine product decisions and track key metrics that reflect product-market fit and customer satisfaction
The Head of Product (b2b) should have:
- +6 years in product management, mainly working with b2b SAAS and tech
- Prior experience taking a product from 0 to 1 is essential
- An understanding of Large Language Models is key
- Experience with AI generally
- Preferably worked in the investment community and understands the venture capital world
- A degree, sciences is preferably
The package for this role is £90k to £120k with equity.
