Our client is a workforce management software company that works with some of the leading names within retail, hospitality and healthcare.
They are currently looking for a Head of Product / Product Lead to head up the Product Management function which currently comprises of three Product Managers and a UX Designer.
The package included with the base salary, comprises of benefits (pension and private healthcare), an equity allowance and unlimited holidays.
The role is remote first, but the team meet up from time to time in their London workspaces.
The Head of Product Management will:
- Lead the product team across the entire product suite
- Help the team set priorities, shape and deliver on the product roadmap
- Support the team with good product methodology whilst focussing upon delivering software at pace
- You will also be expected to stay on top of workforce management regulation to ensure delivery is to a high standard and best practice
- Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, across tech, leadership, commercial teams, sales and marketing
- You will be very hands on with clients to ensure you understand their pain points and be the point of escalation
The Head of Product Management must have:
- A background in B2B SaaS environments
- Domain experience within workforce management software is essential, with thorough understanding of the complexities around the landscape of regulations that governs this space
- Experience of managing a small team of product managers will be ideal, but proven leadership skills and experience is a must
