We have a new fully remote job opportunity for an App CRM Manager / Mobile Customer Marketing Manager / Mobile Engagement Manager with a business that is home to some of the Uks most loved consumer digital brands. You will join their expanding team & help to grow the user engagement, retention & monetisation across the native mobile app portfolio.
This permanent role is fully remote, with quarterly in-person team meetings. This client cannot offer visa sponsorship and candidates must be UK based full time.
The App CRM Manager / Mobile Customer Marketing Manager / Mobile Engagement Manager will:
- Develop comprehensive mobile app engagement strategies to increase user activity, retention, and monetisation.
- Manage the full user lifecycle (onboarding, retention, re-engagement) using in-app messaging and email marketing.
- Analyse user behaviour and performance metrics (e.g., retention rates, session duration, DAU/MAU) to optimise app performance.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure app content aligns with user preferences.
- Create and execute effective push notification strategies to engage and re-engage users.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience, UI/UX, and overall app performance.
- Work with specialists to drive revenue through subscriptions, in-app purchases, and advertising strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging mobile app technologies.
The App CRM Manager / Mobile Customer Marketing Manager / Mobile Engagement Manager should have:
- 1-2+ years of CRM / customer marketing experience in any large consumer environment (eg eCommerce, Media, Travel, Entertainment, Gambling, Social Gaming, digital services, etc)
- A data-driven mindset
- Any mobile / App marketing experience is an advantage but is not essential.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies, with experience using tools like Looker.
- Ideally experience CRM or App platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Firebase, Hubspot).
- Demonstrated success with A/B testing and optimisation methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
