B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager needed by early stage start-up.
Our Client is a recently founded business providing Generative AI (GenAI) contact centre solutions, predominately to retail, government and the travel sector.
They already have product market fit and an OEM agreement with a leading Telco that provides a steady revenue stream and funnel of sales opportunities.
*This is a fully remote, home based role within the UK.
The B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager will be the first product hire and work closely with the founder / CEO to develop the product roadmap, validate, prioritise and & groom the product backlog and work with customers on new features and initiatives.
The B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager will not only work across the full product suite, including:
·Beta releases
·AI driven voice, video and chatbot products
·A self-service platform
·Building out the knowledge base
The B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager will have:
·Experience working at a start up or scale up
·Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
·Solid experience delivering SaaS based B2B products to the mid or enterprise market
·Understand what “good” product management principles and practices are
If the B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Manager has any understanding of how to leverage AI, contact centre, customer service or chatbot technology it would be advantageous, but is not a prerequisite.
