Working for a market-leading B2B software business that manages workflows for local authorities and police forces, the Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Lead is a full lifecycle position focused on product delivery and understanding customers’ needs and problems.
The organisation recently made the shift from legacy to SaaS technology and is now focused on creating the product function. The Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Lead will thus help to ease this transition, driving a product strategy that aligns with market research and business goals.
This role reports into the product line MD. It is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in central Oxfordshire.
The Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Lead will:
- Develop and deliver on a product strategy, owning the roadmap.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Work with sales and engineering teams while managing other stakeholders to optimise product.
- Write user stories and conduct high-quality market research to help refine requirements.
- Track and measure the performance of features and functionality.
Candidates for the Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / SaaS Product Lead must have:
- 3+ years’ product management experience in a B2B SaaS firm.
- Good communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
- Any experience working in local authorities/public sector organisations (e.g. police forces) would be a bonus.
- Any experience managing technical standards, such as compliance, training, accreditations, or health & safety would also be a bonus.
This business is unable to support visa sponsorship. Candidates must have full entitlement to work in the UK.
