Working for a global healthtech business, the Contract Product Manager / Senior Product Manager role involves managing an in-life app-based product, with a big focus on improvements and enhancements.
They’re at a stage where they’re testing and experimenting a lot to improve engagement and conversion, so experience of rapid iterative testing and optimisation in an Agile environment is critical.
The Contract Product Manager / Senior Product Manager is a fully remote UK role and is OUTSIDE IR35. There is an office in central London if hybrid work is preferred.
The Contract Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will:
- Support and expand the core product offering, including the value delivered by tools, community and content.
- Lead product discovery work including competitor research, user research and design sprints, alongside user research and design teams.
- Prioritise product feature backlog, formulating a quarterly product roadmap.
- Define requirements for each feature and collaborate with technical leads to refine these in order to write tickets with sound acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprints and communicate sprint/goal progress as well as blockers and risks to the rest of the team.
- Work closely with Product Leadership and the Senior Experience Design team to ensure the web platform design is coherent and aligned with the wider product strategy.
- Draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data sets, and use data to drive decision making.
- Navigate shifting priorities, guide team and stakeholders through complex problem spaces and trade-offs to make decisions.
- Communicate product decisions to stakeholders and the executive team.
- Work with customers and commercial stakeholders about their requirements and planned updates to the application.
Candidates for the Contract Product Manager / Senior Product Manager role must have:
- Strong full lifecycle product management experience, ideally developing content/feature rich consumer apps, whether B2B or B2C.
- Experience of testing and experimentation in an Agile environment.
- Candidates may have worked in any industry sector, including retail, media, entertainment, healthtech, fintech, etc.
- Experience in large matrix environments.
- Very strong communication skills, to work with commercial and technical teams and customers.
