Working for a profitable subscription-based D2C brand that has served 300K+ customers globally, the Product Designer / UX/UI Designer / Growth Product Designer is an IC role that will create compelling visual narratives around a few hero products (this is essential experience).
The organisation is rapidly scaling, so is focused on optimising conversation rates and retaining its active subscriber-base. The Product Designer / UX/UI Designer / Growth Product Designer will work closely with the developer to drive this function, building out a seamless checkout journey for the customer while improving performance metrics.
This role reports into the Director of Growth. It is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in central London.
The Product Designer / UX/UI Designer / Growth Product Designer will:
- Work alongside creative, growth, and development teams to elevate website user experience.
- Run multiple A/B tests concurrently and conduct interviews/data analysis to gain user insights.
- Create effective webpages that engage directly with customers.
- Produce designs that accurately communicate the brand’s message.
- Deliver on entire design processes in timely manner.
Candidates for the Product Designer / UX/UI Designer / Growth Product Designer role must have:
- 4+ years’ D2C design experience, with some experience creating compelling visual narratives around a few hero products.
- Strong experience of CRO and improving other metrics in an eCommerce environment, such as revenue.
Candidates may have worked agency or client/industry side.
