Growth Marketing Manager – AI-Powered Intelligence Platform (B2B SaaS) – £55-70k – London (Hybrid, 3 days)
We are searching for a Growth Marketing Manager (b2b) / Demand Generation Manager to join a pioneering data intelligence SaaS start-up. A small, agile team with a bold mission to revolutionise a high-growth sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for an innovative fast-growing company.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid position in central London (Zone 1), three days per week. You will report to the Head of Marketing & work with sales & marketing.
The Growth Marketing Manager (b2b)/ Demand Generation Manager will:
- Design, execute, and refine comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and SDR, to develop focused outreach initiatives, messaging strategies, and supporting materials.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts such as managing LinkedIn ads, Google Ads campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
- Work alongside third-party agencies and freelance professionals to produce creative assets and ensure successful digital execution.
- Create and adapt content, ranging from articles and whitepapers to sales materials, video clips, and web pages.
- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Team up with the Product Marketing department to ensure alignment in the overall market strategy and content development.
The Growth Marketing Manager (b2b) / Demand Generation Manager must have experience in the following:
- Marketing B2B SaaS.
- Hands on experience designing and executing digital campaigns i.e. You are executing digital ad campaigns yourself.
- HubSpot is a must.
