Chatbot Product Manager | £65-75k + Shares | Fully Remote
Chatbot Product Manager / Voicebot Product Manager needed by a Series A scale-up whose software is used across a range of business sectors to help improve customer service and all-round service management delivery.
The Chatbot Product Manager / Voicebot Product Manager will own one of the companies four key product verticals focusing solely on AI driven chatbots and voicebots.
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Share Options & Benefits
Location: Fully Remote (London office)
Whilst being data driven the Chatbot Product Manager / Voicebot Product Manager will be expected to walk in the customers shoes, to understand their needs, pain points, concerns and drivers as well as bring fresh ideas to bear by using gut feeling & intuition as well as user surveys and data.
The Chatbot Product Manager / Voicebot Product Manager will report directly to the Product Director and work directly with a technical lead who will manage the backlog and sprints.
The Chatbot Product Manager / Voicebot Product Manager will:
* Work upstream with Clients.
* Build and scale a chatbot and voicebot.
* Work with a Technical lead to prioritise the current roadmap and backlog.
* Manage the product strategy, including the incorporation of AI.
* Work collaboratively with developers to release best in class products that users love.
* Roll out product trials and product launches.
The Chatbot Product Manager / Voicebot Product Manager must have:
* A track record delivering great chatbot / voicebot products.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in new product development and the innovation cycle.
* Experience in an allied field such as HR Tech, Workflow, Workforce Management, Contact or Call Centre, People Analytics or similar.
