Working for a large B2C eCommerce brand, the Contract eCommerce Product Manager / Interim Product Manager / Digital Product Manager role involves leading the rollout and enhancement roadmap of new functionality for digital/mobile and instore experience.
There’s a big focus on stakeholder management across different teams and delivery in a fairly complex environment, as opposed to product strategy work.
This is a 3 month contract initially and is OUTSIDE IR35, with 2 days per week at their central London offices.
The Contract eCommerce Product Manager / Interim Product Manager / Digital Product Manager will:
– Define and execute the roadmap.
– Create, maintain and deliver a prioritised backlog of items to improve customer experience and drive value.
– Seek customer insight and validation, pairing with design and insights colleagues to use different techniques (for example: interviews, surveys, A/B tests).
– Identify and prioritise highest value user problems and use cases.
– Collaborate where feature discovery and delivery spans multiple teams.
– Timeline planning of product delivery milestones.
– Enable and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development teams.
– Drive teams and activity towards achievement of specific growth objectives.
– Communicate plans and status across the product development process.
– Report monthly success metrics.
– Continuously monitor and analyse results to feed back into product discovery.
Candidate for the Contract eCommerce Product Manager / Interim Product Manager / Digital Product Manager role much have:
– Strong product management experience in a B2C environment.
– Very strong communication skills and experience managing a range of business, technical and 3rd party stakeholders.
– Strong deliver experience, organisation skills and ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.
– A strong focus on customer needs and ability to prioritise.
