CRM Manager / Retention Manager needed by a rapidly scaling international eCommerce business with a great social mission. They are a trusted & proven brand who are leading the way with their sustainable carbon-friendly products. They’ve uncovered a vast gap in the market with an estimated 80% of consumers using unsustainable products.
As the business’ first dedicated CRM hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. You will be responsible for creating compelling campaigns, managing customer journeys, and leveraging data to optimize marketing efforts.
The CRM Manager / Retention Manager will be responsible for:-
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand, tone of voice, campaign calendar and business objectives.
* Customer journey management.
* Crafting engaging and persuasive copy for email campaigns.
* Managing the building, scheduling, testing and optimisation of email campaigns, creating copy and help deliver creative content.
* Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
The CRM Manager / Retention Manager must have:-
* 2+ years of experience within a CRM role.
* Proven experience using Klaviyo. Pipedrive and Netsuit experience also desirable.
* Strong attention to detail, being highly numerate and analytically minded
* Knowledge of Adobe, HTML and Microsoft packages
