Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager needed needed by a DTC premium pet brand who have already been dubbed as the UK fastest growing start-up company for pets.
After a significant funding round backed by some of the biggest VCs in the industry, they’re now in need in someone to take a lead role in driving CRO efforts across the business by enhancing their customer journey and optimizing our digital touchpoints.
The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manger / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager will:-
- Lead the development and execution of the CRO strategy.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing and growth teams to implement changes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRO initiatives.
The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manger / CRO Manager / Digital Optimisation Manager must have:-
- 2+ years of proven experience in conversion rate optimisation for a high growth or scaled brand.
- Demonstrable experience driving conversion uplift using systematic methods.
- Proficiency in tools like Universal Analytics / VWO / Hotjar.
- Solid understanding of conversion focused UI and user journeys.
- Experience ideating, briefing, deploying, testing and iterating landing pages at scale.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
- Talent in data analysis and processing using tools like Excel, Tableau or Looker.
