An eCommerce Manager / Vendor Manager / Merchandising Manager needed by a rapidly scaling arts & crafts eCommerce organisation who have seen a 300% growth in the last year!
Salary Package: £50-60k + Benefits
Location: London (Fully Remote , occasional team meets)
The eCommerce Manager / Vendor Manager / Merchandising Manager will work across a wide range of Product Development, Marketing and eCommerce focused projects.
The eCommerce Manager / Vendor Manager / Merchandising Manager will:
– Develop, deliver, and scale a new B2C eCommerce functions.
– Use key metrics to drive improvements within the user journey.
– Be hands-on in delivering strategic leadership.
– Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across all platforms.
– Identify new opportunities, target audiences, and channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
The eCommerce Manager / Vendor Manager / Merchandising Manager must have:
– Proven experience developing or scaling businesses through eCommerce channels.
– Senior level experience within eCommerce, comfortable with hands-on execution.
– A broad understanding of digital sales and procurement modelling (SEO, PPC & Conversion Optimisation).
– Must be able to manage stakeholder relationships and bring groups together around a common goal.
– Comfortable in a fast growing, unstructured start-up environment.
