Working for a high profile global consumer brand, the Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager role involves working with German agencies to drive all in-country acquisition marketing activities.
The Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager will:
-Plan and drive marketing activity to meet acquisition and retention targets
-Manage the in-country digital agency to deliver paid media strategy, ensuring they are in line with the central strategy team and local budget parameters
-Identify, plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns to achieve growth
-Be the internal point person for any roll out of German marketing or product initiatives; support teams with proof reading translations and informing localisation
-Provide regular reporting analysis on all campaigns and media spend, recommending improvements and new initiatives
-Monitor market trends and create insights to inform our German strategy
-Manage the German marketing budget day-to-day including allocating PO numbers and updating spend trackers
Candidates for the Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager role much have:
-Digital marketing experience with expertise in paid marketing: PPC, SEM, SEO, GDN, Paid Social, organic social, affiliates, content marketing
-Fluency in German, ideally native German (but living in the UK)
-Agency management experience, or experience working agency side.
