We are searching for a Growth Marketing Manager (b2b) / Demand Generation Manager to join a pioneering data intelligence SaaS start-up. They’re a small team with a big mission – to transform an entire sector within financial services. You will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for an innovative fast-growing company in the Private Equity space. This role focuses on European markets.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid position based in central London (Zone 1), three days per week. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing. They’re a start-up business with a small team of around 60 people. You will work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s growth strategy.
The Growth Marketing Manager will:
- Design, execute, and refine comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and SDR, to develop focused outreach initiatives, messaging strategies, and supporting materials.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts such as managing LinkedIn ads, Google Ads campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
- Work alongside third-party agencies and freelance professionals to produce creative assets and ensure successful digital execution.
- Create and adapt content, ranging from articles and whitepapers to sales materials, video clips, and web pages.
- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Team up with the Product Marketing department to ensure alignment in the overall market strategy and content development.
The Growth Marketing Manager should have the following experience:
- Marketing in B2B SaaS
- Experience in fintech, financial services, private markets, or a similarly complex sector is a plus, but not essential.
- Proven ability to design and execute digital campaigns that effectively drive both brand awareness and lead generation.
- Extensive experience with paid advertising, optimising campaigns, and collaborating with digital agencies to achieve results.
- Strong ability to create engaging content, including email sequences, social media copy, and developing creative briefs for assets.
- HubSpot is a must.
