Growth Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager needed by a fast scaling, digital-first healthcare company who are radically improving the lives of people who are living with neurodivergent or anxiety related conditions.
Salary Package: £50,000 – 65,000
Location: Fully Remote (9 days per fortnight working week)
Reporting into a talented Head of Marketing the Growth Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will initially focus on improving the overall funnel and user journey, from enquiry to conversion across all channels.
The Growth Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will also have full ownership of the wider growth strategy across a range of paid and organic channels with a specific focus on customer journey, CRO, SEO, PPC, email, CRM and paid social and specific campaigns.
The Growth Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will:
– Execute marketing activities across multiple channels.
– Test new channels & constantly analyse performance.
– Measure and report performance to improve engagement.
– Create lead nurturing programmes that increase conversion.
– Develop and execute campaigns that drive demand and qualified leads, with a focus on diversifying channels (website, SEO, digital advertising, etc.)
– Proactively find and test new segments new channels to increased MQL’s.
The Growth Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager / B2B Marketing Manager must have:
– B2B or B2B2C growth marketing experience
– Proven experience measuring marketing effectiveness and managing marketing budgets.
– An analytical and data-driven approach to things.
– Proven experience within a start-up / fast paced environment.
