Growth Product Manager | £65k-80k + 10% Bonus | eCommerce | London (Hybrid)
Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager needed by a global B2C eCommerce business in the entertainment space who are about to launch a brand-new marketplace / ticketing agency and is looking at scaling market share from 1% to 20% in the next 2 years!
Salary Package: £55-70k + 10% Bonus + Amazing Benefits!
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in office)
The Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will work on growth initiatives which will include general consumer acquisition, SEO & landing page build out & optimisation, in app promotions, new platform builds (think ticket lotteries) and also working with the marketing team in the medium term to build out the MarTech stack.
The Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will work with stakeholders in numerous departments including ticketing, international, data, loyalty and customer support.
The Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will:
- Own the development and launch of a brand new consumer marketplace.
- Work cross-functionally with teams based in the UK and USA.
- Work at pace to facilitate discussions around discovery, A/B test effectively using data and insight driven decision making.
- Demonstrate the product strategy is aligned to achieve the business strategy.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
The Growth Product Manager / B2C Product Manager must have:
- Worked with a B2C or D2C product in a growth capacity
- Delivered great products that consumers love.
- The capability to manage numerous stakeholders and occasionally competing demands.
- An evidence and data driven approach to prioritisation and product development.
- Experience in marketplaces, travel, gaming / gambling, flights, holidays or a high growth consumer services environment with some kind of dynamic pricing or interface with sellers would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
