We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager / Growth Manager / Product Manager who will focus on scaling the market share of a leading software company.
Salary Package: £60-75k + Share options
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid, 1 day per week)
There’ll be a big focus on market research, competitor analysis and cross-departmental optimisation for one of their largest product offerings. The Growth Product Manager / Growth Manager / Product Manager will constantly be striving to deliver incremental value and you’ll have full autonomy and get to see your ideas carried out from start to finish.
The Growth Product Manager / Growth Manager / Product Manager will work across the business and seek to unlock growth by analysing competitors, running an experiment roadmap, looking at sales and pricing data as well as functionality, territories and markets.
The Growth Product Manager / Growth Manager / Product Manager will:
* Engage with the market and customers to derive insights which will drive product growth.
* Conduct market research of prospective geographies and industries.
* Engage with customers, partners and wider market to derive insights.
* Build and run a growth experiment roadmap.
* Experiment with pricing and functionality to unlock growth.
The Growth Product Manager / Growth Manager / Product Manager must have:
* Helped grow a product and understand “growth” as a strategic concept, as opposed to just adding functionality.
* Comfort in a fast-paced environment where you build and execute at speed.
* Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Be self-motivated, able to work with both extremely creative and methodological people.
