Head of Commercial | £70-75k + Bonus | Tech4Purpose| London (Remote)
A Head of Commercial / Head of Sales is urgently needed by a rapidly scaling, digital-first healthcare company who are radically improving the lives of people who are neurodivergent, need help planning & remembering things or who suffer from anxiety.
Salary Package: £70,000 – 75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Fully Remote (London office – once a month team meets)
9 days per fortnight working week!
Leading an existing, talented sales team of 3 and reporting directly into the Commercial Director, the Head of Commercial / Head of Sales will have a ‘farmer’ and partnership approach to their work as the maximisation of exsisting long-term public and private sector customers is paramount.
There will also be amazing opportunities for the Head of Commercial / Head of Sales to break new ground with new product offerings currently being developed alongside the immediate work expand the endless possibilities of prospective B2B customers across all industries and at any stage of their own growth journey to ensure the best support is offered to those who need it most.
The Head of Commercial / Head of Sales will:
- Define and execute the sales and marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement a structured CRM & KAM strategy to ensure a strong funnel of prospects.
- Evangalise new products and win back lost accounts.
- Lead a customer-first culture and approach.
- Assist the company financial target setting and budget changes.
- Help the Co achieve its growth and revenue goals.
- Lead commercial negotiations with new clients and manage exsisting client relationships.
The Head of Commercial / Head of Sales must have:
- Successfully run or overseen a direct sales function.
- Understand KAM.
- Ideally have an interest or experience in a tech4purpose organisation.
