Head of Growth / Head of Marketing needed by an early stage ecommerce start up business who have the backing from dozens of professional athletes and celebrities. They’re only a few years old and their current numbers suggest they have the potential to be a household name in the future.
As the first marketing hire within the business, you will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the acquisition, and retention of customers.
This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the leadership team to launch further products, grow into new territories, and target new sales channels.
The Head of Growth / Head of Marketing will:-
* Develop and execute the business’ D2C strategy, reporting directly to the Founder.
* Identify, develop & optimise growth channels to drive revenue growth.
* Constantly analyse marketing data and user feedback to help shape future marketing strategies.
* Help to build and manage an e-commerce team, creating a fast paced and results driven environment.
* Provide inputs and use your expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities.
* Deeply understand target customers to successfully create engaging and original content for key channels, with the support of the team and agencies.
The Head of Growth / VP Growth / Head of Marketing must have:-
* Proven B2C or D2C experience from an ecommerce startup or scale up business.
* Proven experience growing a B2C startup from pre series A and beyond.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas.
* An entrepreneurial and commercially focused mindset.
* Experience in working with customer data.
