Head of Growth for a Tech4Good Fundraising Organisation
Working for a rapidly scaling tech for good marketplace that helps individuals fundraise for good causes, the Head of Growth / Growth Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing with own the growth strategy across the companies B2C individual fundraising platform and the B2B business partnering and donation matching platform.
Salary Package: £80,000 – 100,000 + 30% Bonus + Benefits
Location: Fully Remote
Reporting directly into the Founder & CEO a talented Head of Growth / Growth Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing will have full ownership of strategy across a range of paid and organic channels with a specific focus on customer journey, CRO, SEO, email, CRM and specific campaigns.
The Head of Growth / Growth Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing will:
* Execute marketing activities across multiple channels.
* Test new channels & constantly analyse performance.
* Measure and report performance to improve engagement.
* Create lead nurturing programmes that increase conversion.
* Develop and execute campaigns that drive demand and qualified leads, with a focus on diversifying channels (website, SEO, digital advertising, etc.)
* Proactively find and test new segments new channels to increased MQL’s.
The Head of Growth / Growth Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing must have:
* Proven Marketing experience within a scale-up/ startup marketplace.
* Proven experience measuring marketing effectiveness and managing marketing budgets.
* An analytical and data-driven approach to things.
* Proven experience within a start-up / fast paced environment.
