Working for a rapidly scaling data and insights SaaS platform that has recently raised debt financing to grow internationally, the Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead / Head of Growth role involves leading a small marketing team to set the strategic direction for the marketing function and accelerate revenue growth.
They have built a fully profitable business with a proven product/market fit and this role would involve joining a superstar leadership team to unlock new revenue channels and continue building on the incredible growth they have seen over the past 12-18 months.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days travel per week to their main office in South London.
The Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead / Head of Growth will:
- Lead demand generation campaigns that drive conversion and accelerate revenue growth.
- Lead the content marketing strategy by producing and distributing content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Work closely with both the sales and customer success teams to produce sales collateral and prepare them with tools and training.
- Identify opportunities in new and existing markets and work with the senior leadership team to set the international expansion strategy.
- Focus on tracking and reporting a critical set of metrics to refine every stage of the funnel and boost conversion rates.
Candidates for the Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead / Head of Growth must have:
- Strong marketing and demand generation experience for a fast-growing B2B tech business across any industry.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally targeting SMBs that are converted online (although this is not essential).
- Experience managing a small marketing team, including people development, coaching, etc.
- Very strong numerical and analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
- Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written.
