Head of Marketing / Marketing eCommerce Director – D2C Retail SMB – £70-100k +30% Profit Share – On Site (5 days, Bristol)

We are searching for a Head of Marketing / Marketing eCommerce Director for a well-established D2C retail business. They pride themselves on being an inclusive brand, catering to a diverse range of customers. Primarily operating in the UK, they compete with some of the major high-street fashion retailers.

As the first official marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by building and leading a marketing team, driving customer acquisition, and shaping the overall marketing strategy. You will also be involved in other key areas of the eCommerce business, contributing to product strategy, customer experience, and operational improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in a growing company with big ambitions.

Package: £70-100k + 30% Profit Share

Location: Bristol (BS37), 5 days per week in office.

This fast-growing business has ambitious expansion plans and is looking for someone eager to make a meaningful impact. As a result, the role is based in the office five days a week to foster collaboration and drive success. You therefore must be based within 50 miles of Bristol.

The Head of Marketing / Marketing eCommerce Director will:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Focus on customer engagement and implement initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
  • Create and implement marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, with a focus on improving conversion rates across the eCommerce site.
  • Align marketing strategies with brand goals, ensuring consistency across regions

The Head of Marketing / Marketing eCommerce Director should have the following experience:

  • Experience as a senior marketing leader who has made a large impact in a d2c eCommerce business.
  • Worked in a small environment or in a standalone marketing role.
  • You’ve built a marketing team from scratch.
