Head of Marketing / Senior B2B Marketing Manager / B2B Head of Marketing needed by a fast scaling, digital-first healthcare company who are radically improving the lives of people who are neurodivergent, need help planning & remembering things or who suffer from anxiety.
Salary Package: £65,000 – 80,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Fully Remote
9 days per fortnight working week.
Leading an existing marketing team of 2 and reporting directly into the Commercial Director, the Head of Marketing / Senior B2B Marketing Manager / B2B Head of Marketing will play a key role in delivering on the execution of a variety of exciting marketing strategies at pace in a scale-up environment which will be key to the overall companies’ success.
The Head of Marketing / Senior B2B Marketing Manager / B2B Head of Marketing will also have the possibility of moving up into a Marketing Director position over time, as the organisation will fully support the individuals career goals too, with external courses and L&D to make them the best marketer they can be!
The Head of Marketing / Senior B2B Marketing Manager / B2B Head of Marketing will:
* Execute and deliver the marketing strategy, with a focus on lead generation, content and digital.
* Deliver brand and lead generation campaigns across 4 distinct market sectors.
* Manage external agencies.
* Analyse existing spend and use a data driven approach to everything.
* Review and revamp the website, content, and all digital assets.
* Help the Co achieve its growth and revenue goals.
The Head of Marketing / Senior B2B Marketing Manager / B2B Head of Marketing must have:
* Proven B2B marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation, content and digital
* Experience in Edtech or servicing the Tertiary Education Sector
* Good people and stakeholder management experience
* An interest in or commitment to DEI
* A growth mindset and the desire to execute at pace
