Head of Marketing & Sales
£80k to £100k
Hybrid (Full time to start, then hybrid 3 days Leicester)
We’re searching for a dynamic Head of Marketing & Sales to take the lead & drive this businesses’ entire sales & marketing activity. They are b2c and serves the education industry. This is a unique opportunity for you to take full ownership in managing & shaping the entire business marketing efforts. You will oversee international marketing efforts, targeting a customer base that includes international customers.
This is a senior role managing a small team. Your focus is on customer acquisition and ensuring maximum utilization rates of their available units.
This is a permanent full-time position working in their Leicester office full time initially, then hybrid (3-4 days in office).
The Head of Marketing & Sales (b2c) will:
Devise, plan and execute all sales and marketing activity
Manage social media adverts
Create the annual strategy, set the pricing strategy & marketing budget
Provide strategic direction for their website, social media channels, sales functions
Strategically review product prices annually by regularly reviewing competitors
to ensure optimal ROI
Measure the success of sales performance
Introduce new marketing infrastructure in order to collect customer data & categories leads for the sales team
Manage a small team
The Head of Marketing & Sales (b2c) should have:
Strong international consumer marketing experience
Experience with b2c marketing in China is a strong plus; it helps if you understand the Chinese market
Sales experience; managing sales functions, set the sales strategy, coordinate marketing & sales, set business-wise sales targets
Worked in a small hands-on environment managing a small team, and have a desire to do so again
Experience producing & delivering marketing strategies for the entire business
Commercial experience, managing sales targets
The package for this role is a £80-£100k base and statutory pension. The business is privately owned
