Head of Product / Product Director needed by heritage media brand that has morphed into a global provider of SaaS solutions to the Education Sector.

Reporting to the C suite, the Head of Product / Product Director will take over a team of customer facing Product Managers, help set a coherent product strategy and roadmap to integrate a number of acquisitions into an overarching product suite and implement best practice into the product function.

The Head of Product / Product Director will:

·Lead and reshape the product management function to build a high performance funtion that fits the business need
·Establish & implement best practices
·Nurture a culture of continuing improvement
·Be the voice of the customer and champion and customer centric approach
·Establish clear KPIs to evaluate what “success” looks like
·Refine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

The Head of Product / Product Director must have:

·Proven experience building and managing high performance product teams for a fast growing B2B SaaS org
·A proven record transforming product functions & implementing best practice
·Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
·Strengths in Product Discovery & GTM as well as sunsetting and unification

If the Head of Product / Product Director has experience integrating acquisitions & moving products from on premise into a unified SaaS suite it would be advantageous.
