Lead Product Designer | eCommerce | £90-95k + 10% Bonus | London (Hybrid)
Working for a large global B2C eCommerce business in the entertainment space who are about to launch a brand-new marketplace / ticketing agency and is looking at scaling market share from 1% to 20% in the next 2 years!
Package: £90,000 -95,000 + 10% Bonus + Amazing Benefits!
Location: Covent Garden, London (Hybrid 1-2 days week in office)
The Lead Product Designer will lead a team of 3-5 Designers and work closely with the Growth and Native App teams to own the growth KPI’s and customer acquisition strategy. They will also own the ‘design for success’ vision and strategy and work solely on new growth and acquisition initiatives.
The Lead Product Designer will:
- work solely on new growth and acquisition initiatives coach and mentor a growing Product Design team of 3-5 with varied levels of experience effectively.
- Manage key internal stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing and eCommerce
- Work with the Growth, Native App, Marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure designs meet business, customer and technical needs.
- Be a strong advocate for user-centric design practices.
The Lead Product Designer must have:
- Previous experience in a Product Design role in a growth environment or with a growth / acquisition team.
- At least 2 years of direct line managing teams.
- Ideally experience of Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, Figma, InVision, Adobe CC.
- Design experience in an Agile environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Any experience in a scaling environment and / or with eCommerce / D2C transactional products would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
