Working for an exciting high profile SportsTech business that provides sports content to millions of people across the globe, the Platform Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager role will be responsible for creating new digital product experiences with strong focus on the ongoing optimisation of key customer journeys and product roadmaps.
The role will be hybrid working within offices in London and with flexible working opportunities.
The Platform Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager will have:
* Full product ownership of the product portfolio and roadmap within the platform product vertical.
* Strong B2C background having good knowledge and experience of dealing with front-end applications, back-end experience beneficial
* End to end ownership of new product initiatives for identified opportunities from ideation through to delivery, including measurement of success and finding areas for improvement.
* Work closely with the line manager on product strategy, portfolio planning, product roadmap and continuously improving ways of working.
* Use a data driven approach to decision making by ensuring products are properly tagged, and relevant insights collated using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Candidates for the Platform Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager will have the following skills/experience:
* Prior product management experience, preferably from a Tech, Software, Digital, UX background.
* Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and draw insights, including planning and evaluating experiments and A/B testing.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, specifically working with CRM and marketing, technical, commercial, operations and remote based development teams
* Have deep understanding of what a great customer experience looks like and how effective flows are designed for customer account creation, profile and access.
* Have direct experience of overseeing a product development portfolio and a product roadmap with good understanding of strategic planning and optimising for outcomes and impact.
* Have experience and deep understanding of full product development lifecycle and the principles and practices of agile software development.
