Regional Partnerships Manager (Europe) / Strategic Partnerships Manager / Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a Regional Partnerships Manager (Europe) / Strategic Partnerships Manager / Business Development Manager to join a major global company within the travel, entertainment & tourism industry. They dominate their sector, serving over 3 million customers and partnering with nearly 200 businesses around the world.
As Regional Partnerships Manager (Europe) / Strategic Partnerships Manager / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the identification, development, and financial management of new strategic partnerships in the global travel sector – online booking platforms, flight/travel/hotel price comparison, airlines, travel retailers, etc. This role sits within the Enterprise Partnerships team and as such, has a broad remit of responsibilities over and above the requirement to define, create and execute a plan to significantly grow our presence, and performance, in the Europe region.
Regional Partnerships Manager (Europe) / Strategic Partnerships Manager / Business Development Manager will:
* Own the end-to-end financial performance and growth of your Enterprise Partnerships, including the onboarding, commercial, operational, and technical aspects
* Proactively optimize the business by ensuring every opportunity for growth and innovation is take, measured, maximized, and scaled globally
* Foster a culture of innovation, new business development and partnership, always searching for ways to deliver benefit to partners, team members and the industry
* Represent the company at conferences, events and more broadly within the industry
* Work inclusively and empathetically, contributing to a high-performance culture
The Regional Partnerships Manager (Europe) / Strategic Partnerships Manager / Business Development Manager must have:
· Strong experience developing new business/partnerships, within the travel, airline, hospitality, entertainment, hotel, car hire, or similar space.
· Ideally experience within the broader travel or tech travel industry
· Strong experience in business development, corporate development or enterprise sales
· The capability to drive new business development, not only managing existing account relationships
· Additional European languages are a bonus but not a necessity
