We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive / Senior Marketing Automation Executive / B2B Marketing Executive to join a professional services organisation within the healthcare / pharma sector.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Senior CRM Executive / Senior Marketing Automation Executive / B2B Marketing Executive will own the marketing automation platform, leveraging marketing data to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week travel to their Main Office in London.
The Senior CRM Executive / Senior Marketing Automation Executive / B2B Marketing Executive will:
* Develop and executive the customer lifecycle strategy.
* Monitor and track the performance of marketing automation activity to drive improvement.
* Create effective customer engagement programmes to nurture leads and drive engagement.
* Work with the marketing team to make sure all email marketing and lead generation activity is impactful.
* Work alongside the sales team to measure lead quality and ensure high-quality leads are passed on to sales for conversion.
The Senior CRM Executive / Senior Marketing Automation Executive / B2B Marketing Executive must have:
* Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo).
* Previous experience optimizing email marketing activity.
* Experience managing third party suppliers.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
