Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Head of Performance Marketing needed by a luxury travel tech business who are fully operational in over 200 countries and have a global community of traveller across the world.
Following a significant boost in their leadership team, they’re now looking for a performance and growth marketing expert to join the team and spearhead their acquisition marketing.
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for:-
* Development of high quality, innovative, multi-channel campaigns and marketing activities.
* Ownership of the customer journey from awareness to acquisition.
* Management and optimisation of paid activity with an external agency.
* Management of a growth backlog of opportunities, prioritised and tackled.
* Management of key channels, including email, SMS and Push.
* Ownership of KPI and metrics reporting.

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Head of Performance must have:-
* Proven experience in B2C growth Marketing for a tech startup business.
* Experience with martech platforms- Klavio.
* Experience managing and executing multi channel campaigns, particularly paid media.
* Problem-solving attitude.
* Proven analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
