Working for a rapidly scaling sustainable product online retailer with a strong environmental focus who have over 40,000 regular customers (and growing), the Senior Manager, Growth / Growth Lead / Senior Acquisition Manager role will involve developing and executing the customer growth strategy across digital channels to continue acquiring and delighting new customers.
The Senior Manager, Growth / Growth Lead / Senior Acquisition Manager will work closely with the Head of Growth to manage all digital performance marketing activity (with a particular focus on paid channels – paid search, paid social and display), developing and optimising the acquisition strategy in line with commercial targets. This is an excellent opportunity to have real ownership and make a significant impact in this scaling organisation.
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week travel to their main office in Central London.
The Senior Manager, Growth / Growth Lead / Senior Acquisition Manager will:
* Manage all digital marketing activity (paid social, paid search and display), supporting the internal team and third-party agencies to deliver against spend and CAC targets.
* Develop and own the paid digital A/B testing roadmap, reporting back to key stakeholders and incrementally improving and optimising channel performance.
* Own performance marketing attribution, monitoring and tracking channel performance and testing regularly to create incremental improvement.
* Organise cross channel acquisition strategy for peak periods.
* Work with the product and marketing team to devise new experiments and optimisations to improve acquisition funnels and activation.
The Senior Manager, Growth / Growth Lead / Senior Acquisition Manager must have:
* Strong digital performance marketing experience optimizing core digital channels (paid search, paid social, display).
* Experience of consumer subscription services or models is ideal, but not essential.
* Strong understanding of digital measurement and tracking solutions and analytics tools.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills – ability to analyse and interpret data to increase campaign performance.
* Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with creative and product teams.
