Senior Product Designer needed by well established eCommerce business in the forefront of the live entertainment space.
The Senior Product Designer will work directly with the product and design team as well as the wider business, including ticketing, marketing, F&B and senior stakeholders helping to build some of the best customer-centric experiences available.
As well as ensuring the user journey and experience are amazing, the Senior Product Designer will also work with white label partners & producers so experience working with design systems & token libraries is paramount.
The Senior Product Designer will:
*Work with multi-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering and Data to ensure designs meet business, customer and technical needs
*Liaise with stakeholders, understand their road maps and requirements and influence them with clear rationale and data
*Use insights and data to inform design decisions
*Validate designs through iterative testing
*Create design specification documents, user flows, wireframes & prototypes
*Actively contribute to the design management system
The Senior Product Designer must have:
·End to end responsive web and internal tools product design development in an Agile environment, including service design
·Strong qual & quant user research experience
·Excellent stakeholder management skills
·Experience working with and contributing to design systems & tokens libraries
Experience with white label products would be helpful but isn’t a pre-requisite
