Senior Product Designer | B2B2C, Travel | £60-65k | London/Manchester (Hybrid)
A talented Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer is needed by a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits! Our client needs a proactive and collaborative Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer to help optimise a key enterprise account.
Salary: £60-65k
Location: London/Manchester, 2 days/week (Hybrid)
This is a crucial role within the organisation, where you will be responsible for owning the design vision for one of the organisation’s key accounts. This will include everything from research through design system implementation and creating best-in-class customer journey.

The Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer will:
- Lead and manage UX/UI design vision for a key account, from research to iterative implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
- Own and continually improve the design system.
- Lead user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and implementation.
- Ensure continued, long-term partnership with key account through effective client management and shared design vision goals.
The Senior Product Designer / Senior UX-UI Designer must have:
- Experience of working as a UX/UI Designer, either in-house on key accounts or within an agency, as translating client need into design vision is crucial.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for high traffic mobile apps / websites.
- Strong internal and external communication and stakeholder management skills with the specific ability to bring people on the journey, provide evidence-based decision making, take on feedback and work collaboratively towards a shared goal.
