Working for a well-funded social commerce startup with PE backing and significant early traction, the Senior Product Manager Data Integration / Core Platform Product Lead role involves joining a small team to prioritise and deliver a roadmap of data integrations for the core platform in Cloud/AWS, initially managing a third-party agency before they build an in-house tech and product team.
This is a key first product hire, so you’ll be working directly with the leadership team to shape their core platform, which connects with customer and partner systems.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in Camden, north London, working alongside a small but growing team. Equity is part of the package which could be significant.
The Senior Product Manager Data Integration / Core Platform Product Lead will:
– Define and drive the product development strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
– Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
– Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the tech development agency.
– Leverage AWS services to build scalable and reliable product solutions.
– Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive product development.
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
– Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Candidates for the Senior Product Manager Data Integration / Core Platform Product Lead role must have:
– Strong product management experience leading data integration, data pipeline or similar work with a platform product, from any sector or industry
– Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
– Experience with agile frameworks and project management tools.
– Comfort working in a very fast paced, early-stage business, as the sole product manager.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
