Senior Product Operations Manager / Product Operations Manager needed by an extremely well-funded, high growth FinTech/HRTech scale-up that is now officially a Unicorn.

You’ll be working directly with the Director of Product Operations to strengthen the ties between product and user-facing teams. This role requires you to be very user-focused and collaborate with user-facing teams like support, sales, and customer success to ensure you provide product feedback as effectively as possible.

Senior Product Operations Manager / Product Operations will:
-Work with a cross-functional team and lead projects
-Collaborate with the design and engineering team
-Use your expertise to teach Product Managers how they can work strategically
-Plan resources and help deliver on time by understanding user feedback
-Manage top company launches and international rollouts
-Use their expertise to understand and fix crucial issues

Senior Product Operations Manager / Product Operations must have:
-3-5 years’ experience as a Product Operations Manager, Product Manager, or a Programme Manager who has worked with product in a Fintech business
-Strong communication skills – you are able translate requirements into clear user stories and communicate them articulately to engineering and design teams. You are also able to communicate product information to other departments
-A strong strategic & analytical mindset
-Experience working closely with engineering teams, as well as the respect of customer and sales teams
-A strong understanding of user focus
