Intelligent People sponsor Product Management event
On 3rd July 2024, Intelligent People ran an in-person mentoring event in collaboration with two product management communities: Women in Product UK and CPO Track, both communities run by Namrata Sarmah.
Intelligent People sponsored the event, selecting a group of 20 – 30 mentors to attend from our Partner Up Product Management mentorship scheme.
Mentors interacted with mentees in a “speed dating” format. The idea was for each mentor to get to know 6 – 7 mentees on the night, understand their experiences and core skills, and any relevant advice to required to the mentee on the day.
After the event, mentees we encouraged to reach out to the mentor in which they thought was the best fir for their career development, for further advice and if required a formal mentoring relationship.
